THANKS – 6 Steps for Intentional Transformation (“It”)

Do you sometimes feel frustrated and stuck with the career and life choices you have made?  Are you wanting to make a change and are just not certain of how to go about it?  Do you need assistance for and support on your transformation journey?

As a transformational coach, Pamela is interested in helping people move, with Intention, towards their goals, dreams, or possibilities; their personal “It”.

THANKS is a complete 6 step-by-step process that results in identifying and moving towards your “It”.  This workshop is done in several timeslots, but each includes:

  • Definition and discussion of each of the 6 steps (THANKS acronym)
  • Comprehensive, interactive exercises for each step
  • A workbook for participants to use and take home
  • Accountability partners (peer groups) are assigned for ongoing support (for those in the workshop that choose to participate in this partnership)
  • Email access to Pamela for 30 days post-workshop
  • Quarterly follow-up Webinar

Timeslots:

  • One full-day seminar (8 hours), or
  • 6 weekly workshops lasting 1.5 hours each (1 step per week, includes same elements outlined above), or
  • Individual coaching model (working 1 on 1 with Pamela in an individual setting)
