Seizing the Elusive “It”

Have you ever seen someone enter a room and  instantly thought, “That person is going somewhere, they’ve really GOT it!”  What is “It”?  What is Leadership or Executive Presence and why is it so important?

I can help you answer these questions and begin “Seizing the Elusive It”, through presentations and workshops.  My workshop usually lasts one and a half hours, with the first 45 minutes devoted to my presentation on the components of Presence, or “It”, and the last 45 minutes playing an interactive game that leverages key learnings.

Playing the game reinforces key concepts,  is an excellent team building exercise, and allows participants to practice presentation and communication tips and tricks.
